Here is a rewritten text that maintains the same tone and voice as the original: Cooling fan duct upgrade for my Extruder design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2567851. This custom cooling solution utilizes a 60mm fan to effectively cool printed parts. Its current design, however, leaves much to be desired due to its excessive length and awkward positioning far from the X-axes carriage, resulting in a slightly wobbly print quality. Although this wasn't initially a major issue, it has become a concern with moderate stepper acceleration and slower printer speed settings. The fan itself is securely fastened using four M4 screws on the fan housing. The remaining components are attached using M3 x 20mm screws, except for the extruder mount, which employs M3 x 10mm countersink screws for added stability. To adjust the tightness or looseness of the small mount brackets, try scaling them up or down along the Z-axis.
