I managed to locate a simple bracket for the Geeetech i3 X, but it wasn't exactly what I was looking for. So, I took matters into my own hands and created one myself. It's not going to win any awards, but it gets the job done. The mounting holes for the fan screws are spaced 32.5mm apart, which should accommodate a standard 40mm fan with ease. And I apologize in advance for the subpar photo quality - I'm currently using my trusty old phone, and it's not doing the image justice.
