Cooling Fan bracket for E3D Volcano Hotend

Cooling Fan bracket for E3D Volcano Hotend

thingiverse

Just finished designing another printer upgrade tailored for the E3D Volcano hotend. It's right at home with my other upgrades on the Geeetech Clone that I have. The design utilizes the V6 fan-duct and 30mm cooling fan to secure it, while a 40mm fan provides cooling, and a variation of the circular cooling duct directs cooling air over the part close to the hotend. It looks neat and tidy too. Multiple reworks of the original design concept and three days later I achieved a polished design. Again, I've supplied a Gcode file for everyone to print in ABS. Update 18/08/19: The fusion 360 file is now uploaded, so those who want to remix this can do it. Printer Settings: Printer: Geeetech i3B Clone Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 30% Notes: If you decide to print and slice yourself, remember to use supports and a brim. Do not use auto-generated supports; place them manually instead.
