Cooling Duct For Raised 3D N series Printers

This is a high-performance part cooling duct engineered specifically for use with N2 series printers from Raised 3D in conjunction with the factory single hotend setup. It serves as a direct replacement for the factory cooling duct, utilizing identical hardware and fan components. The design boosts airflow at the nozzle's base where it's needed most, while also providing three-directional cooling flow instead of the single large cross-flow found in the original nozzle. As evident from photos, this model is printed with ESUN PLA Pro (white) material. I've encountered no issues printing with PLA, but I highly recommend installing a heat sock on the heat block for added protection. In fact, running a heat sock is essential for maintaining a stable temperature and improving heating efficiency, not to mention reducing the risk of burns when handling the nozzle. This model requires support during printing (refer to photos). Ensure you edit the supports to exclude any material from entering the duct's runners, as removing it can be extremely challenging without damaging the duct.
