Yet another custom stepper cooling duct designed specifically for Anycubic kossel. Key Features: ・Utilizes a 40x40x10 fan ・No need for support structures, thanks to optimal bridge settings ・Easy installation: simply insert the fan into the slot and secure it with the drivers ・Directional outlet ensures efficient airflow in and out of the system ・Tapered flow design eliminates the need for an outlet lid on the fan This custom duct is best assembled with a lower mount bracket, such as dav991's design available at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2747843. I created this design to effectively cool my tmc2208 motor drivers using a surplus 40x40x10 fan. Initially, I attempted to use PedaBot's design from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2766200 but encountered difficulties due to the original short cables and limited board placement options. As a result, I decided to design my own duct. I utilized firmware provided by namsugak at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2803527 and configured my fan settings in configuration_adv.h as follows: #define USE_CONTROLLER_FAN // Enable controller fan #if ENABLED(USE_CONTROLLER_FAN) #define CONTROLLER_FAN_PIN 7 // Set a custom pin for the controller fan #define CONTROLLERFAN_SECS 60 // Duration in seconds for the fan to run after all motors are disabled #define CONTROLLERFAN_SPEED 255 // Full speed #endif I appreciate your feedback. Update: added curved version.
