Coolice X10S Jumper MPM Module Plate
thingiverse
Hey All. Thought I'd share this new design I made last night. Having recently purchased a FrSky Horus X10S running OpenTX, I wanted to pop a multi-protocol module in the back module bay so that I could also bind to other receivers makes. As I already had a Jumper JP4IN1 Multi Protocal Radio Transmitter Module sat in my model drawer which I knew worked well I'm currently using this. However fitting it adds another external antenna, which doesn't look so nice and for the small models I intend to fly on this unit is not needed. So I purchased a small PCB antenna and then designed this new module case panel to remove the external aerial mounting point and make it neater when in the back of the transmitter. Keeping the cut outs for the mini USB port of firmware upgrades and two hoels for the status LED's to poke through. So now this PCB antenna is mounted inside the module case, this will limit range slightly I am sure, but for the smaller models flown closer in it won't matter.
