Coolice Hypercube Evolution Titan Aero & BLTouch Mount

Hello.\r\n\r\nThis is my first item post and is a Work In Progress (WIP).\r\n\r\nI am currently building a Hypercube Evolution and want to mount a clone Titan Aero and extruder to the machine. Unfortunately as I don't yet have an assembled machine (awaiting replacement frame pieces as sent ones were cut too short), I cannot test this part yet, but it looks like it should work all okay.\r\n\r\nWhat I did was take the existing back mounting plate details and erase the front hot end holder detail, this gave me the base to work from.\r\nI then added my own design mounting fixtures to suit the Aero and also a BLTouch probe.\r\nAt the same time I also went down to one X axis optical end stop on the X min side, as the Duet board I am planning to use only uses one. \r\n\r\nAs my new printer is built any changes I make to this design I will post to keep this design up to date.\r\n\r\nAlso I will appreciate any feedback from users who try this design so that I can further improve it.\r\n\r\nRevisions 2 added 14/8/17.\r\nAs yet Revision 2 of my Aero mount is untested, I have printed it and all seems fine, but I may need to lengthen or shorten the cooling duct if it's not in the right position to the hot end when I strip down the working Rev 1 assembly to fit these new components.\r\n\r\nThe cooling duct is designed to accept the small 5 volt laptop cooling fan, which looks and feels air flow wise like it should work all okay.\r\nI have some others on order from Aliexpress; https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Centechia-Cooling-fan-for-F3-F3J-F3S-A8-Z99-X80-N80-N81-F8S-Z53-M51-F3H/32822995108.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.Ih9YaI which might require me to make some alterations to the design and provide an easily purchased fan at the same time\r\n.\r\nIf I find out this fan type does not provide enough air flow, I will make a change for the duct to accept this type: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Anet-5015-24V-Ultra-quiet-Oil-Bearing-about-7500-RPM-Turbo-Small-Fan-3D-Printer-Accessories/32808457276.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.Ih9YaI\r\n\r\nI've got one of each of the above fans on order so I can test both and decide which one works the best. Definitely the slim line one is neater so far.\r\nCurrently I am using one I salvaged so will test that in the interim.\r\n\r\nAn M3 x 12mm and M3 x 16mm bolt and two M3 nuts are required to bolt the cooling duct to the bottom of the main Aero holder. I've made so that the duct can be removed to aid in printing head changes should it need to be removed to do so.\r\n\r\nAlso I have added another cable channel to the rear of where the pan cake stepper sits, this should allow the end stop wires and stepper wires to be guided up and out of the top of the tool holder.\r\n\r\n9/10/2017 Coolice Aero Carriage without the BLTouch holding arm attached\r\n\r\n9/11/2017 Coolice Aero Carriage without BLTouch holding arm, but with missing cooling fan duct mounting holes attached.\r\n\r\nAlso I am working on another variant of this design, this one having the part cooling duct bolted to the underside of the X Carriage part and thus separate to the Coolice Aero Carriage so this makes hot end swaps easier.\r\n\r\n10/5/2019 Coolice Aero Duct 5015 Fan 002 Ribbed added. This is a variation on the duct design, some overall shape etc, but I've add some strengthening ribs to slow it drooping the small amount i saw mine doing over time. Adds about 6 grams in weight over the original design. \r\n\r\n10/12/2019; New design available that use LM10 bearings, get it here; https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4036167
