WARNING: After several weeks of printing with this holder, I can confidently say it functions well. Nevertheless, I strongly advise against using it in conjunction with E3D's low profile stepper due to a critical issue. When paired with a stepper that provides sufficient torque, the stepper reaches temperatures causing PETG deformation (refer to the second picture). Whether other designs hold up better remains uncertain, but this specific combination is far from ideal. This remix of the Aero holder for Aeros features a thumb-screw allowing adjustment of pressure on the filament. The screw can be accessed from the top, requiring some finesse but ultimately working effectively. As a minor modification to helicopterguru's original design (available at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4036167), this version incorporates a thumb-screw for pressure adjustment. When assembling the carriage and Aero assembly, use only three metal pins to secure the connection as one pushes against the wheel. The holder proves slightly thicker than anticipated, necessitating longer screws to attach the Aero to the motor. M3x35 screws work perfectly in my setup. UPDATE 20200721: The rebuild is complete, and it's working flawlessly. I've added a longer X-Endstop to achieve necessary clearance for the assembly, preventing the hotend from crashing into the motor mount during homing.
