Hello. After years of using my first Hypercube Evolution Aero carriage (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2439225) and countless print hours on carbon tubes, wear was beginning to show and I wanted to replace the carbon tubes with LM10 bearings running on steel rods. So I fired up Fusion 360 again and modified my design to accommodate larger diameter linear bearings and made a few design changes based on what I'd learned from using the original design. Overall, the idea remains the same, but the switch to larger diameter bearings required me to move holes around and extend faces slightly to maintain strength where needed. However, I was mindful not to impact build volumes as much as possible. One major focus was to keep drive belts in line, which I achieved and it all seems to work well, so I'm happy. Another significant change from the original design was the part cooling duct. Previously, this was bolted to the tool holder and worked well, but meant you had to remove it if you needed to service the Titan Aero extruder. I'd already started working on a design that saw this duct mounted to the X_carriage instead, allowing it to stay on the printer when the tool holder was removed. However, this didn't take into account the larger bearings. This design does, so the fan duct is now mounted to the X_Carriage and the 5015 fan is also braced to an extended belt clamping plate. You'll need to remove the 5015 fan to access the M3 securing bolt pulling the tool holder to the X_Carriage, but I think this is still better than having to remove the duct and fan. I believe I've uploaded all necessary parts for this change. All other components are identical to the original design. Have fun. Ian Contessa
