The clips on this headset are a flawed design, they seem to break within 12 months of regular use! To install this design, you will need to very carefully cut off the remainder of your broken clip because it's threaded over the audio cable and can't be slid off; don't cut the audio cable unless you know how to repair it!! You will also need to drill 2 holes in your stainless steel headband. This can be tricky, ensure you have the right drill-bits and use a very slow drilling speed!
