Cooler Master Case 5.25" Drive Cover
thingiverse
This is a custom 5.25" Drive Bay Cover designed for an older Cooler Master ATX case, specifically from around 2012. I upgraded my computer but chose to retain my beloved Cooler Master case, redirecting the saved funds towards more expensive upgrades. This particular design snaps into the front faceplate via four clips, two on each side, replacing a former optical drive and manual fan controller that previously occupied two of the five 5.25" drive slots. Unable to find exact covers for purchase, I decided to create these custom designs myself. To print this cover correctly, ensure it is printed face-down with supports added to the side legs. These legs are what clip into the case and require a thin design to function properly. The image of my computer shows three 5.25" drive bay slots for the faceplate. At the top lies one of the original covers that came with the case, while the second down is this custom cover you can print by downloading this file. The third one down is an earlier version, and V2 (the middle cover) fits perfectly in place.
