I was still experiencing issues with shrinkage, despite having calibrated the printer. The problem persisted as the pins on the original part continued to pull closer together. Scaling my design failed to yield any improvements, so I decided to eliminate the pins altogether by locating counter bores directly on them. This allowed me to print the part flat on the bed without any obstructions. The original pins were also misaligned, but I didn't bother correcting this issue since the tolerances were quite loose. Surprisingly, it still worked just fine despite this minor flaw.
