Cooler for Prusa I3 MK3 Original Extruder Motor and Noctua NF-A4x20. The original printer handles the heat generated by the steppers admirably, but I noticed that during summer when printing PETG, the stepper motor gets extremely hot. To prolong its lifespan, I decided to cool it down a bit with this fan. After installing it, the temperature dropped significantly. This fan provides excellent airflow and is completely silent. By orienting its cable to the right side from the front view of the printer, you can fit it into the provided cable holder and lead it out of the extruder with the usual printer cable, eliminating the need for extra wiring. During testing and the next three months, I simply hung the cable on a spring lever above it and it worked just fine. The front plate of the motor is left open, allowing you to use an extruder visualizer or passive cooler if needed, especially after using this one. To assemble the print, insert two pegs into the holes for better alignment of the parts and glue them together using CA glue. Once all the parts are assembled, place the fan in position and screw it lightly with nuts to fit (cables facing the side with the holder channel). The entire assembly can be easily removed from the bottom or slid out from the front of the printer on the extruder motor body. It should fit snugly with a decent tolerance, making it simple to install or remove as needed.
