Wrong direction of airflow and too low to heat bed and collision with clamp of the heat bed. This one has an airflow just direct to the nozzle. The original fan can be used with 80% of power. Distance seems be far enough for a laminated flow with spreading for cooling of enough area. Airflow direction is a little different to the mechanical direction. (printing plane is the biggest plane) May it also works for Ender Print Time about 30Min calculated.
