Previous nozzles found online were too restrictive due to their narrow exit diameter. But not this one! The large exit diameter in combination with internal guide fins, a cone-shaped nozzle, and an intake funnel create a smooth, consistent flow of air. Designing Considerations: **Efficient Design:** Thin walls are all you need - there's no need for extra bulk. Two separate parts with minimal overhangs allow for quick, hassle-free printing without supports. Less plastic is wasted, saving time in the process. **Optimized Flow:** The nozzle exit area mirrors that of the fan itself, preventing airflow restrictions. This also reduces turbulence caused by sharp angles and edges. * **Nozzle Cone**: Helps prevent turbulence. * **Internal Guide Fins**: Securely connect to the nozzle cone, stabilizing it against air currents. * **Funnel Design**: Minimizes air loss in the gap between fan blades and walls while combating turbulence. * **Symmetrical Entrance/Exit:** The funnel exit matches the nozzle intake diameter for optimal airflow.
