Mount an 80mm fan directly onto a coolant pipe by first securing the mounting bracket to the pipe's terminal end. Next, attach the bracket with a durable adhesive or secure it firmly in place using strong tape. It is feasible to route the fan's power cable down through the coolant pipe for a neater setup, although I have yet to attempt this arrangement personally.
