Coolant Hose Clip
thingiverse
This is a clip designed to manage the ancillary coolant hoses on a turbo Subaru. On my EJ207 swapped 1998 Impreza, the hoses connecting my radiator to the header tank are routed under my aftermarket Perrin short-ram intake, which compromises functionality. If I had directed them over the intake instead, they would hang loose and appear messy because there's no mechanism on the intake securing them in place. To address this issue, I created this component to tidy up the look and redirect the hoses to their proper route. This clip is tailored for a 70mm intake and 12mm hoses. I strongly suggest printing it with a high-temperature material such as ABS or PETG because it needs to secure hot coolant lines (~170F) and operate in a warm environment where PLA could potentially melt or deform.
