I designed it specifically for our 2014 Ford Escape's coolant reservoir cap, as I found it a bit challenging to turn and was tucked away in an awkward spot - this tool makes all the difference. It will likely fit many newer Ford models; I believe it might also work on some Mazda, Volvo, or Land Rover vehicles, given that I saw similar tools for sale online claiming they can be used on these brands. However, I only confirmed its effectiveness on my Ford, so if you discover it works on other vehicles, please let me know and I'll add the information. The tool fits easily with just a little bit of tolerance - I even added a 3/8" square drive hole to the handle for a socket wrench, just in case you need a bit more torque, which is unlikely. If your cap has an outside diameter at the 6 ribs of around 60mm and its base measures approximately 55 mm in diameter, then this tool should be suitable for you.
