This is a parametric cooled box designed specifically for PCBs and open frame power supplies. Special attention was given to resistance and ventilation during its design. For power supplies, I recommend using the SMARTFIL ABS FIREPROOF filament. Print Settings Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker 2 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.1 mm Infill: 50% Notes: Please refer to Cool PS Enclosure for printing tips. Functionality Version 1.0: A single PS module is located at the bottom shield. Up to four PCB modules can be placed at the bottom and/or three at the top. The fan grid is customizable (bottom, top or rear). The number of screws per side can be customized (on reeds). Pegs and anti-pegs are located on the edges. A honeycomb mesh provides reinforcement for the shield while maintaining lightness. Corner reinforcements are included. Up to six vertical pillars are available (very useful for large boxes). The shield can be split into smaller parts (very useful for easy printing of large boxes). Snowflake-shaped ventilation holes are provided. Instructions Notes when using the Customizer App The coordinate system is primarily based on the center to simplify integration between projects. Fan grille logos cannot be customized through the Customizer App. To customize Fan grille logos, download both source code files and use Openscad instead. Please verify the plug hole dimensions by printing a rounded polygon.
