Got a request to scale up 800% and cut him up so he can be printed in pieces. Took a few hours, but I managed to get it done. Used the original model, not the weird Grover version. This thing is huge at 600mm tall assembled. Pins should fit fine for gluing. All pins are a unique size so test fit everywhere before gluing. No pins should fit in other pins holes if you do it right. Hole sizes are: 16x20x40 Tail 1 to Tail 2 42x28x40 Tail 2 to Tail 3 30x20x40 Tail 3 to Left Leg 36x22x40 Tail 3 to Right Leg 40x30x40 Left Leg to Right Leg 30x26x40 Left Leg to Left Torso 30x30x40 Right Leg to Right Torso 50x30x40 Left Torso to Right Torso 15x15x25 Left Arm to Left Torso 14x18x25 Right Arm to Right Torso 20x15x30 Right Torso to Head 22x12x30 Left Torso to Head Torso pieces and leg pieces are still pretty big. (might need 400x400 printer to print them) Maybe breaking those up would allow printing this on a 200mm printer. Let me know if it's desired and I might look into it. If you scale it down, scale it all to the same percentage. It should still assemble, but pins might give a little trouble. I tried to orient and cut with supports somewhat in mind, but you'll still need some. Tree supports are best for cleaning.
