Cookie Cutters "Minions"

I'll make a delicious cookie that's perfect for my Minion friends! First, I'll mix together 2 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt in a big bowl. Next, I'll add in 1 cup of butter, softened to perfection, and 3/4 cup of white sugar, making sure to get all the corners of the bowl with that sweet goodness! Then, I'll crack in 2 large eggs, making sure they're nice and fresh from the fridge. Now it's time for the fun part - adding in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and mixing everything together until it forms a beautiful dough! After that, I'll scoop out tablespoon-sized balls of cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving about 2 inches between each cookie to give them plenty of room to spread out. Finally, I'll pop the tray into the oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes or until they're lightly golden brown on the edges and soft in the center. And voila! My Minion friends will be enjoying these scrumptious cookies in no time!
