Ich brauchte eine Keksform für Quad-Fahrer und habe keine gefunden die mir gefallen hat.OpenSCAD kann einfache Vectorgrafiken 3-dimensional aufblasen.Also habe ich ein Bild von einem Quad genommen und mit einem Script eine Keksform gemacht.Ihr müßt nur das Bild als 1-bit B/W Vectorgrafik unter dem Namen " Pic1.svg " im selben Ordner speichern in dem sich auch das OpenSCAD-Script befindet.Der einfachste Weg an eine funktionierende Bilddatei im Vector-format zu kommen ist:Dein Wunschbild mit dem Windows-tool "Paint" als 1 bit-monochrome- BMP speichern.Das BMP-Bild mit dem Tool CR8tracer öffnen und einfach nur als Pic1.svg speichern.Fertig !Die eigentliche Problematik mit dem Bild liegt darin das es möglichst einfach seien muß.Also Symbolhaft.Es=1 ; Sehr sehr sehr einfaches Bild.Es besteht nur aus einer durchlaufenden Kontur.z.B. Herz , Mond , Sternschnuppe , Fledermaus UmrissHierfür wird aus dem Bild eine einfache Ausstechform erzeugt.Die Variable "Step" reguliert die Höhe der einzelnen Stufen.Die Anzahl der Stufen wird als Echozeile in der Konsole angezeigt.Bei mehr als 10 Stufen kann die Berechnung mit einem Office-PC Stunden dauern !Wenn die Stufen an der Schnittkante stören kann man Sie ganz einfach glätten indem man den gesamten Stecher mit Meshmixer weichzeichnet.Es=2 ; einfaches Bild / einteilige FormDas Script erzeugt aus eurem Bild eine Grundfläche die alle gezeichneten Bereiche umhüllt.In einer von euch eingegebenen Entfernung von der Grundfläche wird nun die Schnittkante erzeugt.Form und größe lassen sich verändern.Als Verbindung zwischen Schnittkante und Motiv wird am Boden ein Gitter erzeugt.Die Feinheit des Gitters sollte dem Motiv angepasst werden und läst sich einstellen.Das Motiv selber läst sich skallieren und mit hilfe von offset-Befehlen kanndie dicke der Lienen beeinflusst werden.Das ist hilfreich wenn das Bild nur aus dünnen Lienen besteht.Sowohl die Höhe der Schnittkante als auch die Höhe des Motives lassen sich an die Dicke eures Keksteiges anpassen.Es=3 ; einfaches Bild / SchnittrahmenEs=4 ; einfaches Bild / Motiv-StempelEs=5 ; einfaches Bild / Griff Diese Option ist für Bäcker die es schnell und einfach wollen.Rahmen in den Teig gedrücktMit dem Stempel das Motiv prägenRahmen über den Stempel entfernenTeig mittels Stempel auf dem Backblech platzierenWer mit Kindern arbeitet sollte die Materialdicken erhöhenen.Bei Kindern kann der Stempelgriff gar nicht dick genug sein.Alle voreingestellten Variablen sind für den Betrieb von Erwachsenen ausgelegt.Viel SpaßI needed a cookie mold for quad riders and didn't find one that I liked.OpenSCAD can expand simple vector graphics into 3 dimensions.So I took a picture of a quad and used a script to make a cookie shape.You just have to save the image as a 1-bit B/W vector graphic under the name “Pic1.svg” in the same folder where the OpenSCAD script is located.The easiest way to get a working image file in vector format is:Save your desired image as a 1-bit monochrome BMP using the Windows tool “Paint”.Open the BMP image with the CR8tracer tool and simply save it as Pic1.svg.Complete !The real problem with the picture is that it has to be as simple as possible.So symbolic.Es=1 ; Very very very simple picture.It only consists of a continuous contour.e.g. heart, moon, shooting star, bat outlineTo do this, a simple cookie cutter is created from the image.The “Step” variable regulates the height of the individual steps.The number of stages is displayed as an echo line in the console.If there are more than 10 levels, the calculation can take hours on an office PC!If the steps on the cut edge are annoying, you can easily smooth them out by blurring the entire engraver with Meshmixer.Es=2 ; simple image / one-piece formThe script creates a base area from your image that encloses all drawn areas.The cut edge will now be created at a distance from the base area that you have entered.Shape and size can be changed.A grid is created on the floor to connect the cut edge and the motif.The fineness of the grid should be adapted to the motif and can be adjusted.The motif itself can be scaled and can be done using offset commandsthe thickness of the lines can be influenced.This is helpful if the image only consists of thin lines.Both the height of the cut edge and the height of the motif can be adjusted to the thickness of your cookie dough.Es=3 ; simple picture / cropping frameEs=4 ; simple image / motif stampEs=5 ; simple image / handleThis option is for bakers who want things quick and easy.Frame pressed into the doughEmboss the motif with the stampRemove frame over stampPlace the dough on the baking tray using a stampAnyone working with children should increase the material thickness.For children, the stamp handle can never be thick enough.All preset variables are designed for adult operation.Have fun
