I was inspired by dougwinning99's exceptional Cookie Cat cookie cutter design to create a new version from scratch. Initially, I planned to print his original model, but the prints didn't turn out well for me due to overlapping errors, fragile walls, and poorly supported eyes. I completely revamped the design, fixing mesh errors in the original model and making it considerably thicker. The eyes are now better supported, making the entire piece very sturdy. The cutting part of the design also features a peak, which makes it easier to use and allows for increased thickness without compromising the cookie's shape. To make cleaning even simpler, I added small holes to the eyes. You can easily adjust the proportions by using the included OBJ file - for instance, you could make the eyes bigger or modify the supports as needed. Print Settings: Printer Brand is RepRap, with a Prusa i3 printer used. No rafts were employed, and no supports were necessary. A 0.2mm resolution was chosen, along with 40% infill. Notes: Hatchbox black 1.75mm PLA filament was utilized, printed at an extruder temperature of 190-185°C and a heated bed temperature of 70°C on glass coated with hairspray.
