Conway's World #1: Towers
thingiverse
Hi! This is the first of many exciting collections to come! It's all about **Conway's Game of Life**, a fascinating topic that never gets old. My main objective was to create a **3D printable representation of Conway's automatons** to demonstrate how ordered structures can emerge from chaos, simply by following some basic rules. The outcome was a unique architectural style that's both intriguing and weird. Once I developed the software to run this concept, I couldn't stop generating new models. So, I've uploaded **60 files ready to print!** **60 STLs and their thumbnails are included in ZIP files** (check out the thumbnails below). They're perfect for decoration or as scenery for tabletop games. These amazing models were generated procedurally using [Processing] (www.processing.org). They're easy to print, with no supports required. For some printing tips, take a look at what's below. I hope you enjoy this collection! Have fun exploring and experimenting with these incredible models.
