I designed a front bumper for the Convoy C8+ flashlight using a durable TPU material, printed with a 100% infill to provide maximum strength. The print settings included a 0.4 nozzle and a high-resolution 0.2 setting, which helped to create a precise and detailed design. I chose Extrudr Flex Medium (Shore A98) for its exceptional flexibility and resistance to heat and chemicals, ensuring the bumper can withstand harsh conditions.
