Conveyor System
So the last day while working at my casual workplace, I was noticing the conveyor system there which helped in moving the finished goods from one location to the other. I was fancied by the fact that such a simple idea was able to transfer the loads within an area in a fast and efficient manner.Conveyor system finds its applications in the material handling and packaging industries as well as the manufacturing industries. They are also popular in consumer applications for food and people transportation such as supermarkets, airports and shopping centers. So they not only move small items, but also are useful in transport of heavy goods. Given below is my humble attempt in recreating a roller conveyor system and its motion study.
