The material frame is constructed using AISI 304 stainless steel. It comprises four straight lengths, each measuring 250mm. The fences are inclined 40mm boards. A closed bearing assembly supports the structure. PVC food-grade tape serves as the work surface, with a width of 500mm. The housing measures 600mm in width and sits atop the conveyor housing on a level plane. The conveyor stands 1165 ± 100mm tall from the floor to the tape's level. It is fitted with castors featuring brakes for easy mobility. A single Italian-made gear motor powers the conveyor, driving the belt at a speed of 25m/min, which can be adjusted. The gear motor is located on the side of the conveyor. The system is designed to transport washed green peas. Control is facilitated via a cabinet equipped with a frequency converter for start-stop functionality and variable speed control.
