AISI 304 stainless steel material is used in constructing a material frame measuring 3600mm in length. The fences are 70mm board, and it has a closed bearing assembly. The work surface is made of 800mm wide PVC food tape, placed on a conveyor housing with a width of 900mm. The conveyor's height from the floor is 950-1050mm when the tape is input and 1225-1325mm when released. It has supports 2000mm apart, relies on castors with brakes, and uses a gear motor from Italy as its drive. The belt speed is adjustable at 25m/min, and the gear motor is located on the side of the conveyor. This equipment is designed for moving washed green peas, and it comes with a control cabinet that has a frequency converter to control the speed (Start-Stop).
