Convex-concave undulation
sketchfab
Traces of convex-concave undulations are visible on this section of a pot that originated from the wheel-coiling method as described by Roux-Courty in 1998, demonstrated below. Visit our blog post about wheel coiling here. The forming process can be seen in this YouTube video. Technical specifications: The original vessel was scanned using a David SLS-3 scanner. Using 3D modelling software Maxon Cinema4D, the part containing relevant trace(s) was extracted and then up-scaled three times before being exported as an STL file.
With this file you will be able to print Convex-concave undulation with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Convex-concave undulation.
