Conversion Kit For Ikea Pendant Lamp

I'm really loving the transforming pendant lamp (PS 2014) from Ikea, but it's definitely limited by being a hanging ceiling light. To fix that, I created a part that lets you attach the lamp to a standard 1-1/2in x 60in galvanized pre-cut pipe, which is easily found at most hardware stores, and a basic switch that also has a base of your own design, and suddenly you have a fantastic floor lamp. My DIY kit comes with two important pieces: the top adaptor, which fits perfectly with the parts that come with the lamp, and a decorative collar for the base of the lamp. Print Settings: Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: Low Infill: At least 15% Notes: Make sure to print the Top Adaptor with the smaller end facing down on your print bed, just like it will sit on the lamp. It should look like a smooth cone when finished - I intentionally designed it that way without any supports for maximum results.
