The Convair C-131 Samaritan, a military transport produced by Convair between 1954 and 1956, was the armed forces version of the Convair CV-240. This aircraft featured animateable propellers, ailerons, flaps, elevators, landing gear, and landing gear doors. The model is highly detailed, fully textured, and available in several formats. It's worth mentioning that the earlier trainer model, designated T-29, was also based on the Convair 240 and used for training USAF navigators for all USAF aircraft. The C-131 Samaritan and its trainer counterpart, the T-29, were utilized by various military services such as the US Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and other nations until the early 1980s. Many of these aircraft were later sold for private use after being declared surplus.
