The Convair F-102, an American interceptor aircraft integral to the US Air Force's defense in the late '50s, entered service in 1956 with a primary role of intercepting Soviet bomber fleets during the Cold War. It was fully textured and scale modeled, featuring animateable flaps, ailerons, landing gear, landing gear doors, rudders, and canopy. Post-service, many F-102s were transferred to the Air National Guard by the mid-to-late '60s.
