Controller Case

Here is a case for an MKS SBASE controller board, designed to keep your electronics secure and protected from the elements. The top of this case features a mounting point for a 120mm fan, ensuring maximum airflow and heat dissipation even in high-performance applications. To accommodate different types of fans, I've included two height options: one for standard fans and another for low-profile fans that take up less space. The case is assembled using seven M3x16mm screws, which attach the top section to the bottom with ease. Here are my print settings for this case: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer Model: Prusa Raft Settings: Doesn't matter - you can ignore these if you're not using a raft. Support Settings: Also doesn't matter - just leave them off or adjust as needed. Notes: Here's what I used to print this case: Extruder Width: 0.5mm - This setting helps achieve crisp, precise lines and details. Layer Height: 0.25mm - A lower layer height results in a more detailed finish and better surface quality. External Perimeter Walls: 2 - This setting ensures that the outer walls of your print are strong and stable. Top/Bottom Layers: 4 - These additional layers provide extra strength and durability to the top and bottom surfaces of your print.
