Controller base with cooling for BTT Octopus + Pi + SSR - 140mm fan

This base was ment for a V-Core 3 500x500, which has an open back. It uses an (overkill) 140mm fan which is blowing directly onto the Octopus board, the Pi and the SSR. All ports are easily accessible and due to the open design there is no problem to guide all the cables. One main advantage is, that the backside of the boards get an airstream as well. It wasn't ment to be pretty, I concentrated to the highest effectivity instead. Due to the long legs of the fan mount, the vibration of the fan is cancelled out for some level. For the mounting points it uses brass inserts: M3 for the Octopus and the Pi, M4 for the SSR and the 140mm fan.
