To be printed with Nylon or other plastic that will not melt due to friction. I successfully used 3dXtreme iON Nylon on my i3-Mk2 270C head with a bed temperature of 105C. You can print a test piece and adjust the over/under extrusion to improve the tolerance of the ball, which is currently a bit loose. The eye can always be easily drilled if needed.
