Control Panel Enclosure - Monoprice MakerSelectV2

This is a replacement control box for the stock components of the Monoprice MakerSelectV2. The SD card and USB port are relocated and recessed, and the overall desktop footprint is somewhat smaller. Everything was removed and measured to design this. All panels should print flat (one way or another) without supports. The FrontUpper panel could use a single support for the USB port, but if your machine can handle bridges, it probably wouldn't be very difficult. The hardware from the stock enclosure could be re-used, and I'd recommend running a tap through mounting holes, where appropriate. Perhaps later models will include threads. I'm printing this throughout the week, so small things may need to be adjusted, however, if you feel it's good enough or you want to make your own modifications go right ahead. Update: Removed 2.5mm material from all panels to reduce material use and print time, while retaining 5mm thickness in structural interfacing. Update: Split bottom plate and added interlocking interface to help alignment. Update: Still printing to verify, but so far the parts fit together as long as they're relatively decent prints with no deformed corners or excess material extruded. My MakerSelect V2 is quite old, as is my filament, so printing has been pretty slow going - despite this, the FrontUpperLighten part prints successfully with only one support around the USB port, and fits well to the other front panels. I expect to do some sanding and trimming for no-gap fitment, particularly with the corners, and bottom/sides where the halves interface. Material expansion will be different with different printers and filaments, so I don't plan to make any clearance changes in the model to reduce this unless there is a glaring issue. I expect the USB port will be a tight fit depending on cables used - if you don't use the USB port (I do not either) then go for it, but my next model update will include extra clearance for different cables. The panels are definitely prone to warping (initial prints in FDM and SLA processes exhibited this on nearly all panels) so be aware of your material properties when attempting this print. I will post photos and final notes once my remaining panels finish, but any other changes will likely be minor.
