Control Box for RAMPS Wanhao i3 v2.1 with dual PSU

This is a control enclosure to house numerous circuit upgrades I've added to my Wanhao i3 v2.1. By extending the print volume, I have installed a second 24V power supply so that the larger heated bed only takes a few seconds to reach temperature. Additionally, I have switched to using a RAMPS v1.4 board mounted on an Arduino Mega256 to control the printer - accommodating various additions such as the above voltage change, filament runout sensor, automatic bed-levelling and others. There are five components to print for this project. All but the lid can be printed within the standard build volume of 200x200x180. The lid requires a Y dimension of 274mm or greater, but it can be printed at a later time as the box can be assembled and used without it. The photographs show the final prototype - the final design includes many improvements to make it easier to assemble and leave more space for the PSUs and all of the wiring, heatsinks, etc.
