I designed this 3D print specifically for my own 3D printer, but I'm sharing it now because someone else might need something similar or even identical. You'll need a pretty large 3D print bed to create this project - around 300mm x 200mm should do the trick. At minimum, you should at least have the front fan mount and the back IO panel in place, and you can heat form the acrylic top and bottom covers if you prefer. If you want to 3D print the top and bottom covers themselves, you'll need a 300mm x 500mm print bed, or you can use heat-formed acrylic instead. Here's what you'll need: - Molex connectors (12 of 39-01-2086) - Molex connectors (12 of 39-01-2085) - Molex connectors (2 of 39-01-2045) - Molex connectors (2 of 39-01-2046) - Molex connectors (104 of 39-00-0040 - more is always better!) - Molex connectors (104 of 29-00-0038 - more is always better!) - A rocker switch (1 of 401-1309-ND) - A 12V flexible LED light strip (about 2 meters long) - An inline dimmer for the LED light strip (1 GLISTENY Strip Light) - A circuit breaker (1 CIR BRKR 15A PB1070-ND) - Two 120mm PC fans - One 1-foot panel mount USB cable - If you're not 3D printing, you'll need a 550mm x 500mm acrylic sheet and a 400mm x 500mm acrylic sheet. - You'll also need some plastic for the front and back panel mounts (about 800g - more if you're 3D printing the top and bottom covers).
