Contraceptive cap
sketchfab
This rubber cap was created roughly around 1920. Inserting it into a woman's vagina effectively blocked sperm from reaching the uterus, thereby preventing pregnancy. Dr Marie Stopes, a renowned feminist and advocate for birth control, designed this cap. She also courted controversy with her support of eugenics.
