Contoured Ribbon Burner Mold and Mounting Bracket

This is a mold for a ribbon burner. The mold is contoured to fit the inside of a forge with an 8" diameter. There is also mounting bracket that is designed to fit a barrel with a diameter of 12". The mounting bracket will help position the ribbon burner perfectly so that the burners are exactly parallel with the top of the forge. This will create a perfect swirling effect for the forge for a very even heat distribution. The mold is for a 3"x6"x3" square metal tubing. The diameter of the jets is designed for a 1.75 diameter air/gas input pipe. messing with the input pipe diameter may result in less than ideal performance. If you are building a forge that will use this burner, I recommend using a Harbor Freight 11 gallon air compressor tank (~$40), or a standard BBQ propane tank (~$30). Both of these have an outside diameter of 12". If you line it with 2" koawool, everything will line up perfectly.
