Contoured Face Mask with Filter (COVID-19)

Hey everyone, I'm excited to share a design I've been working on since the COVID-19 crisis hit hard. This creation was made to safeguard myself if needed and also help others who may not have access to personal protective equipment, or PPE, during these trying times. DISCLAIMER: This design has not been approved by any regulatory agency, so use it at your own risk. The Contoured Mask with Filter features a total of 5 printed files. The Face Mask file should be printed using flexible TPU filament, while the other 4 can be printed using PLA or its equivalent. The straps are made from 3/8 in wide elastic strap and I simply used a thin piece of metal to burn slots in the tabs for the straps. Note that this model does not include filters. In the picture above, I've used a custom cut HEPA filter along with cotton ball backing for added protection. I use my Anycubic Predator printer with attached settings to print the TPU portion of the mask. Although it's not the fastest print, I'm currently looking into optimizing the design and print settings. Any input you have would be greatly appreciated.
