Contour Gauge for Duplicating Contours

Contour Gauge for Duplicating Contours

I stumbled upon a Contour Gauge device for duplicating contours and immediately thought it could be very useful for cutting difficult tile to match perfectly up to the wall with odd angles or shaped wood casings. Why purchase something like this when you can easily 3D print it? This is version one; I believe I will add an inch and cm ruler on the top section. The housing consists of three pieces held together by four, twenty-millimeter long M3 screws and nuts. I labeled the bottom and middle with a "B" and "M" respectively on one end. The housing measures one hundred fifty millimeters in length. You will require approximately sixty gauge depth or gauge fingers to fit around the middle housing piece with some effort. The gauge fingers are one hundred sixty-five point six one millimeter long. Update 4/26/19: I added a smaller gauge finger at one hundred thirty-five point six one millimeter long.
