So these prints break when printing in PLA, specifically the ring. You'll want to use PETG, which has been reliable from day one or ABS/ABS+. I was really fond of this mug but found it challenging to carry along with other items like a phone, laptop, duffle bag etc. Since then, I've modified the design so instead of holding it in my hand, I can just use one finger now. I made some significant improvements - cleaned up the hinge and handle, chamfered all edges, aligned the nut hole for better appearance, and recessed the socket head hole.
