This is the second model from my Design concept series that I will be uploading exclusively to the 3D Ocean Market. First off, thanks go out to all who purchased the first model! This model was built using 3ds Max and comes with a basic lighting and camera setup, powered by Vray. It's perfect for testing materials, HDRIs, lighting scenarios, and interior design concepts. The facade of the building, as well as the interior finishing of the walls and floor, are all fully geometric, making it easy to swap out the basic materials for your own custom ones. The windows are highly detailed with four sheets of glass, ensuring a photorealistic close-up reflection. The model of the house itself has 270,000 polygons, while the scene including snow details and surroundings pushes that number up to 366,000. Just keep in mind that this scene doesn't include any vegetation or furniture.
