Contemporary House Free 3D model

This 3D model was created using Sketchup 8 before being converted into all other 3D formats. Its native format is .skp and the scene within 3ds Max 2016 features Vray 3.00 rendering capabilities. This scale-model representation is inspired by a real-life equivalent that sits on my railroad display. Due to its compact size, interior spaces remain modest but room exists above the garage for future expansion purposes. The dwelling standardly contains three bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths, and a flex room area. Special thanks go to Paul for providing essential elements such as a mini, refer, and stove; all remaining components were personally designed by me except the plants themselves. It is worth noting that an extremely long roof offers opportunities to recreate scenarios like a ski jump practice slope – albeit this idea remains purely hypothetical. Check out the unique mural found in the kitchen area, in addition to which there also lies a hidden basement not incorporated into the 3D model itself. - Bob
