ABOUT MODEL:- This Realistic 3D Model with Texture is designed for various purposes. It is created at real-world scale and exact proportions, making it ideal for many applications. The polygon efficiency is excellent, and the model has a different topology with realistic textures. The model is perfect for use in games due to its specifications. Note that this model only features basic walls without interior walls. MATERIAL & TEXTURE:- All materials are divided into multi-sub-objects, providing flexibility and convenience. However, material and texture setup are only available in MAX format (both VRay and scanline versions). UVW mapping has been applied to all objects. Each texture is represented as a diffuse map, making it easy to repaint and adjust according to needs. LIGHTING:- Studio lighting setups are not included with this model. FILE FORMAT:- The files come in various formats for different software applications: * 3DS * FBX * OBJ * Blender 2.79 * Cinema4d R11 * Maya 2010 * MAX (VRay Version) * MAX (Standard Version) Note that the native file is set up for 3ds Max 2009 (.max), and other formats were converted from this MAX file.
