Contax Yashica C/Y-Mount body cap

This is a custom body cap designed specifically for the Contax-Yashica CY-Mount system. To secure it in place, the standard locking pin on the camera is engaged, requiring you to press down on the lens release button to release. A knurled edge along the circumference of the cap ensures easy attachment and detachment from the camera body. Initially, my prototypes had a smooth surface, which made grasping them extremely challenging. I have thoroughly tested this design with both the Yashica FX-2 camera and a CY to Sony E-mount adapter, confirming its compatibility with these systems. To achieve optimal results during printing, I strongly recommend using support material due to the presence of bayonet flanges on the cap.
