Containers composed of Triangles

This set includes four containers and a lid, all made from triangles, which are perfect for holding small stationery items like paper clips and rubber bands. The containers come in different sizes - small, medium, large, and extra-large, while the lid fits the medium and large ones. Additionally, the lid can be used as a tray. To print these objects efficiently, you should place them directly on the build platform. In order to create the boxes, 36 smaller triangles are assembled into a larger one, then six of those larger triangles form the hexagonal base while three are combined to make each side. Although the openSCAD program (make_container.scad) isn't fully parametric, it does provide instructions for adjusting the size of the boxes to your needs. The STL files are small_hex_box.stl, medium_hex_box.stl, large_hex_box.stl, extra_large_hex_box.stl and lid_hex.stl.
