To convert a .txt file into a usable .step format: Open the file in Notepad without making any changes. Go to File then select Save As from the dropdown menu. Type a new file name exactly as shown "[your new file name].scad" including the quotes. Save the file and you're ready to open it in your preferred 3D modeling software.
