Container for cosmetic cotton wool

I built a holder for cosmetic cotton balls. It's made up of a cup and a top. The lid has two holes to secure it, allowing the container to be hung from something. To add the cotton balls, turn the top 45 degrees and remove it. Once you've inserted them, close it by putting the top back on and rotating it another 45 degrees.
